The Boy Scouts of the Philippines Outfit 346 from CPU Junior High School took part in the Western Visayas Regional Scouts Youth Forum at Rizal Heritage Building, Rizal Elementary School, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental on March 10-12, 2023.
Armed with Scientia et Fides, the following scouts stepped up the ladders of leadership to the BSP Western Visayas Region:

The Boy Scouts of the Philippines’ Scout Youth Development Program’s foundational component, the Scout Youth Forum, is held yearly to address the need and clamor for youth involvement in the decision-making process within the Scout Movement. It serves as a venue for education, training, and hands-on discussion and understanding of a range of subjects. It also serves as a source of inspiration by introducing you to new acquaintances, new concepts, original ideas, and alternative working ways. The Forum is when the representatives of the several Scouting regions that make up Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao are chosen to serve as Regional Scout Representatives to the National Executive Board.
