Prof. Lesley Joy Larroza-Dignadice, Director of the Local and International Linkages and Affiliations Center (LILAC), represents the University at the QS Higher Ed Summit: Asia-Pacific 2025 in Seoul, Korea.

With the aim of advancing discourse on emerging trends and addressing critical challenges in the higher education sector, QS Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), in collaboration with Korea University, convened the QS Higher Ed Summit: Asia Pacific 2025 from November 4–6, 2025, at the Korea University Campus in Seoul, South Korea.

This year’s theme, “Advancing Generational Potential: Skills and Partnerships in the Asia Pacific,” focused on how universities can support success across generations — both institutionally and for their students. Key topics discussed included Regional Partnerships for Next-Gen Skills, Using Technology for Recruitment, Meeting the Global Green Talent Demand, Prioritizing Quality Research for University Excellence, What Employers Want, Creative Approaches to Learning, and Inclusive Institutions and Exceptional Outcomes.

Representing ����ר�� (CPU) was Prof. Lesley Joy Larroza-Dignadice, Director of the Local and International Linkages and Affiliations Center (LILAC), who joined fellow delegates and higher education leaders across the Asia-Pacific region in this distinguished gathering. Her participation underscores CPU’s continuing commitment to academic excellence, international collaboration, and institutional advancement.

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED), through Commissioner Michelle Ong, led the Philippine CHED Delegation, which included selected higher education institutions across the country. As part of the delegation, CPU was among the universities given the opportunity to showcase their programs and initiatives at the Philippine Pavilion, highlighting the nation’s progress and innovation in education and research.

Through its participation, CPU strengthened its network with regional and global institutions, exploring new opportunities for partnership, academic collaboration, and international visibility. The summit also provided valuable insights into leveraging technology, artificial intelligence, and lifelong learning ecosystems to enhance institutional performance and international competitiveness.

CPU’s representation at the QS Higher Ed Summit: Asia Pacific 2025 reaffirms its dedication to fostering a culture of global engagement and academic excellence—reflecting the University’s mission to integrate faith, learning, and service in a rapidly evolving higher education landscape.
